We have been in business for over 20 years. Many of our customers have been with us for many years. We are a progressive cleaning company which has allowed us to expand our business over the years while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of excellence. No matter the size of the company, or their budget, we treat every customer like they are our only customer. We are not your typical cleaning company—we are a high tech company in a low tech field. We have cell phones which we urge our customers to use as the first means of contacting us. We pride ourselves on quick response. Our goal is to answer your initial call but if for some reason we don’t you can contact us by text message, e-mail or by calling our 24-hour answering service. If for some reason you do not get a quick response we want you to try contacting us by our cell phones again. We want to hear from you no matter how small the issue is. If it is of concern to you, it is of concern to us. Whether it is a big sales meeting or an important client/customer visiting, we are always available for any special requests that our customers may have, and pride ourselves on ensuring this availability. We take the time each week to ensure the that our team members are doing quality work. At least once per week one of our partners will perform a site inspection to ensure that the standards that A-1 Phoenix has set forth are being met. A partner may quickly touch base with you to make sure that there are no issues or details that have been overlooked. We feel that this attention to our customers needs help distinguish A-1 Phoenix from any of our competition.
